At JJ's Jewels, we are dedicated to bringing our pieces directly to your doorstep. We currently offer reliable delivery services throughout South Africa. All transactions on our site are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Estimated Timeframes
For major urban centers within South Africa, you can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.

Please note orders may experience processing delays while payment gateway issues are being resolved. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to getting your jewelry to you as safely and quickly as possible.

Once your order has been packed and is ready for its journey, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your jewels every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your treasures. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our friendly return process below.

Items are eligible for returns within 7–14 days of delivery.
Pieces must be unworn and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange or refund.
Note: Custom-designed pieces are considered final sale; they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Policy

At JJ's Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 48 hours of arrival), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirming the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed promptly and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take between 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed via the original method of payment, usually within 5–10 business days.
